Fresh Interior

In good condition it’s a $40,000-$50,000 boat. I took off $10k because the standing rigging and chainplates are original. I took off $15k because tapping the deck between the port shroud and the windlass sounds delaminated (I can’t feel it when I walk on it)

Features:

  • Raymarine Auto Pilot.

  • Outboard Motor Crane

  • 250 Hours on repowered Beta Marine 20hp engine.

  • Portable Diesel heat

  • Hot water heater recently replaced by PO.

  • New safety equipment.

  • Lots of recent replacements, upgrades and repairs.

New Sails

At the end of my first season with the boat, the original 30 year old main sail blew out. I ordered a new Main and Jib from Precision sails. They are now installed, and have only been used 4 or 5 days this season. Lovely and crunchy, they still have some wrinkles from factory shipping for you to smooth out.

Entirely new fuel delivery system.

While waiting for the new sails, and motor cruising in the winter, the engine failed. Awesome. In order to get going again, the following work was performed - and the engine hasn’t missed a beat since.

  • Fuel tank professionally polished internally (December 2023), and all filters replaced.

  • All Fuel lines have been replaced (2024) with high quality coast guard approved line, from the tank to the engine and back

  • Raycor Fuel water separator housing and filter totally replaced (2024)

Smaller, expensive Jobs you wont have to do now:

  • Running Rigging Replaced 2023

  • Lifelines replaced with Dyneema 2024

  • 2x Fire Extinguisher replaced 2023

  • Fresh Flares, Purchased 2023.

  • Docking Lines Replaced 2024

Plumbing? Sorted in 2023

  • Replaced all Black water/holding tank hoses

  • Replaced the complete pump assembly on the Jasbco

    manual head

  • Replaced 12v drinking water Pump

  • Replaced manual black water waste pump

  • Replaced Shower/sink faucets

  • Replaced Galley faucets.

V-berth converted to Double bed.

  • All textiles replaced in 2025, New custom mattress, new cushions.

Whats left to do?

Here are the next big projects I would tackle if I was keeping the boat:

  • The deck needs some work. I cant feel it under foot, but tapping the deck indicates some potential delamination between the windlass on the bow, and the Port side stay.

  • A bit of wiring cleanup in the battery lazarette section.
